Becoming a dad is a pretty big deal. And sometimes it’s nice to talk to people who actually get it.

Join us for a free, casual community group for dads to connect, swap stories, ask questions, laugh about the chaos, and meet other dads who are figuring it out too.

Bring your baby or come solo. There’s no agenda, no pressure to participate, and no expectation that you have everything figured out.

The group will be moderated by licensed clinical social worker (and dad!) Patrick Mayworm, who will help create a welcoming space for honest conversations about fatherhood, relationships, work, identity, parenting, and everything in between.

Whether you’re a brand-new dad, deep in the toddler years, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.
