BABY PLAY CLASSES FOR ALL AGES!
Join us at our South Denver clinic or at VIBE Gym in North Denver for one of our caregiver and baby play groups. These milestone-based classes are geared towards engaging in purposeful play with your little one while learning expert tips and tricks from a specialized pediatric PT. You will gain confidence in your connection, learn cry-free tummy time strategies, get advice for appropriate play to support milestones, and meet other families in the process.

It’s never too early to get your baby moving! Learn the fundamentals of how to set your baby up for success with their movement and milestones. Get expert tummy time tricks and screening for any body tension, head flattening or other concerns.

For babies working on their rolling and sitting skills (pre-crawling). This class is appropriate for babies older than 3 months who are still needing tips and tricks for rolling belly to back, back to belly and sitting up confidently. Please book the class based on your baby’s developmental stage rather than their age.

For babies working on their crawling skills. This class is appropriate for little ones who are learning army crawling, transitioning in and out of sitting, or hands and knees crawling. They should ideally have already mastered rolling and independent sitting. Please book the class based on your baby’s developmental stage rather than their age.

For littles working on standing, cruising along furniture and taking their first steps. This class is appropriate for littles who have already mastered hands and knees crawling. Please book the class based on your child’s developmental stage rather than their age.

Join us at our North or South Denver clinics for an infant massage class. Learn head to toe techniques for massaging your baby while helping with digestion, improving sleep, easing tension and regulating their nervous system. Learn new ways to calm and bond with your baby.
